Returns are eligible for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of delivery date.

To be eligible to make a return, your items MUST be in the same condition you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. Candles must be un-burned/un-lit and not melted.  

To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or Order Number.

**CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING FEES**

We are NOT responsible for any shipping costs nor are shipping costs refundable.

Kandles by K is NOT responsible for lost / stolen packages once shipped.
